Amazingly attentive and reasonably good staff and plentiful breakfast.
Well decorated and air-conditioned room and great bathroom with a hair dryer, a bidet and bath sheets. Unbeatable and incredible location - 5 minutes walk from bus station.

Fine Views and Relaxing Atmosphere
Staying here was a dream come true with amazing sunset views and a serene environment perfect for unwinding. The spring water pool was a standout feature. The staff's personal touches was nice, but the dining options could use some improvement in quality.

Well-equipped and nicely decorated room, spotless hotel in general.
A thoroughly enjoyable stay on vacation. Hip new hotel with immensely helpful and extremely helpful staff and worth every penny views over the valley. Pretty nice room, large bed and large bathroom. Incredible location near an exclusive stunning private rocky cove where there are sun loungers and a bar/ restaurant as well as public or private transport, and extensive breakfast. The pool area is very clean too. Comfortable bar, deep pool...

The family-friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. The kids loved the heated outdoor pool, and we all enjoyed the beautifully landscaped gardens with fine views of the monastery.
My kids wished there were more activities specifically for children on site.

The location is stunning, offering amazing views and beautiful gardens that made for a calming atmosphere. While the breakfast was really good, I found the dining experience at the main restaurant to be quite disappointing, especially the evening meal. The accessibility to Deia via a safe walking path was a nice bonus, but the experience was marred by inconsistent service during my stay.

Breakfast very good, bed very comfortable, staff very friendly and pleasant.
There was a problem with the hot water, the temperature of the shower could not be regulated downwards and was much too hot. This affected the whole hotel. It was a pity but the staff tried hard to get the problem under control.

I was charmed by Es Moli's fine architecture, with its warm lounges and amazing views. The hotel's accessibility made moving around easy, and I appreciated the various quiet spaces perfect for relaxation.
More daily water bottles in the room would help.

The hotel sits comfortably in its grounds. There's plenty of space. The staff were unfailingly polite and helpful. The room was big enough.
I did not like the dining room at all. It has a gloomy atmosphere and I was disappointed in the standard of food although the breakfast in our room, on our balcony, was excellent. There are plenty of good retaurants in Deia so the food in the hotel wasn't a serious problem. I also didn't like the towels in the bedroom which seemed to be made of some man made fibre which didn't absorb water. Also the sheets had polyester in them which is horrible.

The surroundings of the pool and gardens are beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly and I had a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet with a selection of fresh fruit, pastries, breads, cereals, cheeses and hams was very good. Having breakfast outside on the terrace with views of the sea and the hillside village of Deia was possibly the best most enjoyable part of the hotel visit.
A sunset sail on a yacht was organised through the hotel. This was very enjoyable but customers should have been informed before hand that there were no steps on the yacht and to get to the yacht we first had to squat down to climb down into a small boat- this was not suitable for people with knee or back problems or for people who do not have good balance.
